Opti-Advantage Platinum subscribers enjoy these benefits:

  • Use of DCI owned server
  • Use and support of ALL DCI licensed products
  • Web-based training (currently available on web-based products only)
  • Accumulated monthly service credits (with on-time payment) to be used towards any DCI service
  • Priority status in:
    • Service scheduling
    • New product delivery and support
    • Product modification and enhancement requests
  • Training and other services billed at a current hourly rates (may use monthly service credits)

Opti-Advantage Service subscribers are assigned a Field Service Representative (FSR) as a first-line of contact for any software, support, consultation and training requests.
