Opti-Advantage Platinum subscribers enjoy these benefits:
- Use of DCI owned server
- Use and support of ALL DCI licensed products
- Web-based training (currently available on web-based products only)
- Accumulated monthly service credits (with on-time payment) to be used towards any DCI service
- Priority status in:
- Service scheduling
- New product delivery and support
- Product modification and enhancement requests
- Training and other services billed at a current hourly rates (may use monthly service credits)
Opti-Advantage Service subscribers are assigned a Field Service Representative (FSR) as a first-line of contact for any software, support, consultation and training requests.
